What is the Synergy Card?
The Synergy Card is an electronic Rewards Card accepted at participating businesses in the Synergy Rewards Network.

How Does the Synergy Card Work?
Synergy Cardholders earn 1 point for every $1.00 they spend. Points automatically converted to rewards when certain point thresholds have been reached.

How do I use my Synergy Card?
Simply give your Synergy Card AND your form of payment to the employee. The employee will swipe your Synergy Card and you will earn points. If you have a reward, it will be displayed at the bottom of the sales receipt.

What is a Reward Credit ?
A Reward Credit  is a Store Credit which is automatically added onto your Synergy Card when you reach certain point thresholds.

For example: If you spend $100.00 at the Gaslamp Tavern in San Diego, you will receive a $20.00 store credit  on your card. The next time you frequent the Gaslamp Tavern, you can spend your $20.00 just like cash

How Do I use my Reward Credit ?
Simply give the employee your Synergy Card. They will swipe it though the Synergy terminal and the receipt will display your reward.

For example: If you spend $50.00 at the Gaslamp Tavern in San Diego, and your Synergy Card has a $20.00 Reward Credit, the receipt will print customer pays $30.00 .

Do I have to inform the employee that I have a Reward Credit?
If you know you are using your reward credit , we recommend that you inform the employee that there is money on your Synergy Card. The employee will swipe your Synergy Card FIRST, they will look to see the reward and then they will charge your credit card the discounted amount.

Can I spend my reward at ANY participating business?
No! If you receive a reward at Merchant A, you can only redeem your reward at Merchant A.

Do I earn Points when I redeem rewards?
Yes! You always earn points on the Net Amount of the sale.

How do I track my points and rewards?
Make sure you register your Synergy Card online at www.synergycard.com. Once your card is registered you can log into your account and view your transactions, points, and rewards.

In addition, you have the option of receiving a "thank you" e-mail receipt when you use your Synergy Card. This e-mail receipt displays your points, total points and available rewards at ALL participating businesses.

Can I have a "Joint Synergy Card Account"
Yes! We can order you two Synergy Cards with the same account number. There is a $5.00 fee for additional Synergy Cards.

If I loose my Synergy Card, do I loose my rewards?
If you lost or misplaced your Synergy Card call: 858-569-8842 and we will cancel your Synergy Card and order you another one. If you have registered your Synergy Card online, we can transfer your points and rewards to the new Synergy Card. There is a $5.00 replacement fee for Synergy Cards.

What is a welcome credit?
Participating Businesses have pre-loaded  cash on your Synergy Card. For Example: The Gaslamp Tavern has pre-loaded a $5.00 Credit on your card. You can use this $5.00 credit the first time you spend money at the Gaslamp with your Synergy Card.
